Registration Process
If you want to participate in I4CS 2025, you need to perform an online registration using the I4CS Online Registration System. Each accepted paper needs at least one registered presenter to become included in the conference program and proceedings.
The registration process is handled via an external tool (conference manager). This software is programmed by a Danish company, it saves data only within EU, and follows GDPR, which you can read here: https://conferencemanager.co.uk/security.php.

Registration Policy and Conference Fees
Regarding your accepted papers, at least one author is obliged to register with no more than one registered paper and has to pay a conference fee.

Important Notice: The registration fee for the 26th I4CS is 450€ (including VAT).
When registering, you can order an additional proceeding (65 €).
The conference fee includes the Springer CCIS proceedings, coffee and lunch breaks, and social events.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The cancellation of your registration must be indicated by writing a corresponding message to the I4CS conference secretary conference-chair@i4cs-conference.org.
The cancellation period is 14 days, and the period will generally be counted as from the day on which you registered for the Conference. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the first day of the event are non-refundable.
All refunds will be issued via bank transfers.
