Problems with the Campusportal?
I can no longer log in with my application account, what can I do?
Your application account is only valid until your enrolment. As soon as your enrolment is complete, you will receive new login details. You can find out where to find them here.
The system cannot be reached or an error is displayed during login.
Technical problems can have different causes. Make sure that you are using your student account to log in. Please also note the capitalization.
You can only log in if you are enrolled as a student and not de-registered.
If the problem persists when you try again, please contact campusportal@eah-jena.de.
I have forgotten my password, what can I do?
If you have already changed your password for the Campusportal and have forgotten your password, please contact the Thoska office to reset your password.
If you have not changed it, you can obtain your access data from the Student Registar's Office. Please come in person and bring your Thoska with you to identify yourself.
My problem is not listed.
