Registration Process
If you want to participate in I4CS 2021, you need to perform an online registration using the I4CS Online Registration Form. Each accepted paper needs at least one registered presenter to become included in the conference program and proceedings. Virtual presentations will be allowed. In the event that the I4CS can take place on-site, you have the option to upgrade as "Attendance in Person". In that case, please choose a service category with an upgrade option.
Registration Policy, Serivce Categories, and Conference Fees
Regarding your accepted papers, at least one author is obliged to register with no more than one registered paper and has to pay a conference fee according to the selected service category 1 or 2. In case you would like to attend in person (if possible) please choose service category 2 (with an accepted paper) or service category 4 (without an accepted paper) to get an upgrade option.

*if the situation allows us to conduct I4CS in presence. You can choose an upgrade after initial registration. In that case, you will get a second invoice.
When registering, you can order additional proceedings (65 € each).
The technical details of the payment and the related bank transfer to the account of the conference I4CS will be sent to registered participants by a separate email message. All cost of such international bank transfer have to be covered by the registered participant.

After the I4CS conference the ordered proceedings for online participants will be shipped to the indicated address of a registered participant free of charge. You can order additional proceedings (65 € each).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The cancellation of your registration must be indicated by writing a corresponding message to the I4CS conference secretary register@i4cs-conference.org.
In the case of a cancellation, a corresponding cancellation fee of 50,- € will be charged. The residual amount of your paid registration fee will be transferred to your indicated bank account in due time.

We, the organizers of the International Conference on Innovations for Community Services (I4CS), hereby confirm that your personal data submitted during this registration procedure will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (see URL: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32016R0679). In particular, a disclosure of your personal data to unauthorized third parties will be excluded.
