We, the team of the ZSB of the Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule Jena, are your contact for study orientation, study choice and study design. With our extensive advisory services, we would like to accompany and support you in your decision-making process and in shaping your future.

The counselling activities include in detail:

  • Pre-study counselling: You will receive information regarding study opportunities, admission requirements or answers to organisational questions.
  • Advising during your studies: If you would like to receive advice regarding a change of subject or place of study, the Central Advising Office of the Jena University of Applied Sciences is also the right contact for you. The same applies to advice regarding dropping out of studies, learning difficulties or examination problems.
  • the career-preparatory counselling: You will be advised with regard to postgraduate studies, further education, career prospects and career entry. Furthermore, information on application modalities is given.
