As an industrial engineer, you work in all areas of industry, especially in those where the combination and integration of technical and economic knowledge is important. You develop new production processes, plan and optimise plants and organise and reorganise processes and structures in companies. You coordinate, control and manage projects and innovations and ensure the economic efficiency of products, technical or organisational processes or entire companies.
