Coaching and Leadership (M.A.)

The extra-occupational and fee-based further education course qualifies you as a coach and for leadership positions. The concept of the Master's programme provides for a double qualification of the participants. On the one hand, the course includes coaching people responsible for leadership and management tasks. At the same time, managers receive the qualification to be able to coach their employees. In both respects, they receive a well-founded academic training as a coach, which is based on the guidelines of the authoritative coaching associations and, in particular, awards an academic degree (Master of Arts).

Degree
Upon successful completion of the programme, the University of Applied Sciences Jena awards the internationally recognised academic degree "Master of Arts" (M.A.). At the same time, this creates the basis for activities in the higher civil service and for a further academic career (doctorate) of the graduates of the programme.
